K-Master Refund and Return Policy


At K-Master, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  1. Eligibility for Refund and Return

You may request a refund or return within 15 days from the date of the invoice, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The item is not listed under non-refundable/non-returnable products.
  • The request is made by the individual or business listed on the invoice.


  1. If the fridge is damaged during transportation, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. To process the claim, please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and complete our Contact Us Form. Upon verification of the claim by K-Master, a replacement shipment will be arranged within 10 business days at no additional shipping cost to the customer.


  1. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized items (e.g., personalized fridges or accessories)
  • Special order items (ordered specifically for the customer and not in regular stock)
  • Clearance or promotional items (“while stock lasts”)
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.


  1. Return Process

To return a unit:

  • Please complete our Return Form with your order number and reason for return.
  • If eligible, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.


Please ensure all returns are sent back in adequate packaging to maintain product integrity and safety.


  1. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.


  1. Cancellation of Order

K-Master may, at its sole discretion, permit cancellations or modifications to existing orders upon the customer’s request. If such changes are approved, the customer agrees to bear all reasonable costs incurred by K-Master in processing the cancellation or modification. These costs may include, but are not limited to, delivery charges, a restocking fee of 200 AUD per refrigerator, a packaging fee of 200 AUD if the original packaging is incomplete, and a processing fee of 200 AUD for any missing pallets. The applicable fee will be offset against your refrigerator refund.
