To ensure quick resolution, please provide essential details such as the model number, serial number, and the specific issue. These details can be found on the blue or white sticker inside the unit. Be sure to describe the problem thoroughly (e.g.,the refrigerator is not cooling—set to 4°C, but the current temperature is 12°C).
